I am based in Copenhagen where most of my workshops and catering services take place. However, I do travel to Europe and the U.K.
My services are tailored closely to each client's needs, through attentive consultation in the lead up to culinary events. This can be achieved remotely, or in person through methods such as Zoom calls and tasting menus.
